OAKLAND – – San Francisco Chronicle reporter Jaxon Van Derbeken headlined his March 25 article “Cop Killer Suspected of Raping 12-year-old.” Derbeken said Lovelle Mixon, the 26-year-old man who killed four Oakland cops and injured another, “dragged the 12-year-old off the street at gunpoint.” Mixon committed five other rapes as well, according to Derbeken. His source is the Oakland Police Department, which is desperately trying to create the motive “Mixon killed cops because he’s a child rapist.”
The Oakland PD released the alleged DNA evidence after Mixon killed the four cops and injured another. Sgt. Dan Gonzales, the cop that survived, murdered 20-year-old unarmed, black Gary King Jr. in September 2007.
Police conjured BS tales
Oakland residents knew nothing of these alleged February rapes until after Mixon killed the cops. Reporters asked Acting Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan why these rapes only came to light now. Jordan said he had “no comment” on that. That’s because Lovelle Mixon was never convicted of rape, charged with rape or even questioned about rape.
SF Chronicle staff writer Charles Burress asked an Oakland resident about these alleged (and seemingly fabricated) rapes last week. Resident Mandingo Hayes quickly cut through the smoke screen. “[Mixon] wasn’t a rapist. I don’t believe that,” he told the SF Chronicle.
Police plant evidence to ensure convictions, pursuant to their 11th Amendment training. Mark Fuhrman planted evidence at the scene of the infamous O.J. Simpson crime. But again, when the white man hurts, everyone must cry.
Fuhrman conveniently invoked his Fifth Amendment rights (didn’t answer questions by Simpson’s attorneys) when asked directly.” Fuhrman essentially admitted with his silence that he planted evidence at the murder scene. O.J. was acquitted because of Fuhrman’s stupidity and Johnnie Cochran’s intelligence. It had nothing to do with the jury. But subterfuge is better than truth.
Mixon smear campaign
Rape and manipulation stories about Mixon and his life were born from there. Mixon knew his life was over after the malicious conviction. Oakland Police made certain to destroy him further even after his death.
Wikipedia tells the entire of Lovelle Mixon via San Francisco Chronicle articles. Operation-Nation founder Brian A. Wilkins added to the entry. Sergeant Pat Gonzales, according to the Chronicle, shot and killed an unarmed black man in 2007. Sergeant Mark Dunakin was loathed in the “black community,” according to the blog San Francisco Bay View.
Wikipedia editors deleted Brian’s edits. Operation-Nation also attempted to dispute the Wiki article’s neutrality. Wikipedia deleted many of said posts. Wikipedia editor Apostle12 wrote, “your suspicions seem unfounded to me–even paranoid.” This was in response to Operation-Nation adding the fact that Sergeant Gonzales murdered an unarmed black man. The SF Bay View reported that Sergeant Dunakin was loathed in Oakland.
Stay Vigilante and Motivated
I’ve had my say in the Lovelle Mixon/Oakland Police saga. It’s over. As a reminder, Operation-Nation’s mission states:
Newspapers, television stations, and radio stations in the United States are 96% owned by European and Euro-American men with agendas and large collections of Federal Reserve notes.
Miami Herald columnist Leonard Pitts, Jr. said, “whites wants to view race in terms of progress blacks have made.” White people do not want to look into the mirror at themselves. We’re fighting tanks with slingshots. But Operation-Nation will continue doing our small part in telling truth regardless of consequences.

how do you know the rape charge was
fabricated? If I were you I’d try to contact the rape victims for a positive
ID; if the cops are lying, you’ve got a helluva story, but you’ll have to dig for this one.
