Seattle Cop Timothy Brenton: Collateral Damage

by Brian A. Wilkins
11/2/2009 (links, photos, and videos updated December 8, 2018)

State-run media embarrasses itself every time something like this happens. CNN and other “major mainstream media” ignore each and every story of American citizens gunned down, Tasered, raped, and/or assaulted daily by gangsters in badges. But when one of their heroes, such as Seattle cop Timothy Brenton, are gunned down by fed-up Americans who are not part of the elite class which police across the country protect – but instead terrorize – it is front-page, weeks-long news.

Wilkins v. Donahoe: Petition for Special Action in the Arizona Court of Appeals

by Brian A. Wilkins
9/24/2009 (links updated November 3, 2018)

Those of you who have been following this persecution since the beginning, you know I filed a Petition for Post-Conviction Relief in the Maricopa County Superior Court. That petition, by law and by procedural guidelines, had to be decided by Maricopa County Judge Gary Donahoe and/or Teresa Sanders by September 1, 2009. Of course, in the tradition of Maricopa County court backwoods behavior, the petition was simply ignored.

Because Donahoe has violated Arizona statutes, and jurisdiction by the higher court can be accepted because of this violation of … Read Entire Article

Fox News House Negroes Obey Master; Bash President Obama, Henry Louis Gates

Juan WilliamsJesse Lee Peterson
House Negroes Juan Williams (L) and Jesse Lee Peterson (R).

First, being a “black Republican” or “black conservative” does not, by itself, make you a bonafide house negro. Colin Powell, J.C. Watts, Michael Steele (to a certain extent), and Amy Holmes are all decent black people, but decent Americans. You can’t say that about the black people featured on Murdoch television.

Fox News House Negro Supreme Juan Williams spoke about the arrest of Harvard’s Henry Louis Gates and President Barack Obama’s reaction. You laugh because Williams is such … Read Entire Article

Pottawattamie County vs. McGhee: Most Important SCOTUS Decision In Decades

UPDATED January 4, 2010: U.S. Supreme Court dismisses Pottawattamie County vs. McGhee.

The case was dismissed pursuant to Rule 46. The parties settled the case out of court. It’s unfortunate because a decision on this would have had major implications on the U.S. “justice system.” But we’re very happy for Mr. Harrington and Mr. McGhee if this settlement closed an awful chapter of their lives.

Bruce Jacobs Leaves KFYI

by Brian A. Wilkins
6/10/2009 (links updated January 24, 2019)

Bruce Jacobs, the man I still refer to as my favorite Republican, is now the “former” NewTalk 550 KFYI morning show host.

Bruce Jacobs
Bruce Jacobs

I worked for Clear Channel Phoenix for several months from 2007-08. I mostly worked for Xtra Sports 910 and NewsTalk KFYI. The job wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for Bruce. He gave me an unexpected endorsement to the Clear Channel big-wigs. Bruce commanded respect because he always said exactly what was on his mind about anybody at any given moment (including Clear Channel … Read Entire Article

Fox News’ Glenn Beck Embarrasses, Discredits Himself Twice In 24 Hours

by Brian A. Wilkins
5/21/2009 (videos updated December 16, 2018)

My question to Glenn Beck is this: why even bother going on ABC’s “The View” if you “knew it was coming” yet still had no intelligent responses to any of the questions and accusations? It’s best you just watch it for yourself.

Later that day, Beck, back in the friendly confines of Fox News, had plenty to say once he could talk behind the backs of Whoopi Goldberg, Barbara Walters, et al. Beck actually skipped his own show that night, claiming he had “24 hour swine flu” but … Read Entire Article

Day 46: Emory Boards, Another Poker Table Fight, and The Countdown To Freedom

by Brian A. Wilkins
5/16/2009

This day corresponds with Friday, September 5, 2008. Click here for the complete “55 Days In Maricopa County Jail.” As of today (May 16), I still do not know whether or not a federal judge will hear my habeas corpus petition. Again, I don’t stay at Holiday Inn Expresses and I’m not a lawyer. I screwed up by amending the petition a first time (which is legally ok), but accidentally removed the Arizona Attorney General as an “additional respondent,” which is required as a respondent according to Local Rules of Civil Procedure. I amended the

VIDEO: 3 Pittsburgh Cops Killed by Richard Poplawski

UPDATED 4/5/2009 9:12 a.m. PST
I doubt this matter to Euro-American media either, as this story is already yesterday’s news. The hip-hop influence on impressionable “blacks,” and the Fox News/Limbaugh influence on impressionable “white.” Which is worse? I’d say the latter, as they own and dominate media. Operation Nation predicts no large nationwide funeral for the Pittsburgh cops killed, as there was in Oakland, and no Wikipedia page will be created about Poplawski either. And if there is, he will be made out to be a “troubled young man” and that

Peoria, Illinois Police Thugs Arrested, Charged With Brutality

by Brian A. Wilkins
3/23/2009 (links and photos updated January 6, 2020)

UPDATED November 12, 2010 – Smith acquitted, charges dropped against the other two cops

No surprises here. It’s the United Police States of America after all. A third cop, Jeremy Layman, was also charged in the incident. Smith was acquitted last week by a jury. State’s attorney Kevin Lyons dropped the charges against the other two after the acquittal. All of them will soon be back on the force with a paid vacation, aka “paid administrative leave.” The vacation will span months as Peoria Police complete … Read Entire Article

Chuck Norris, Russian Professor, Have Similar Ideas About U.S. Collapse

by Brian A. Wilkins
3/11/2009 (links and photos updated May 14, 2019)

Chuck Norris – the former “Walker, Texas Ranger” and 80s action film star – said the state of Texas will soon secede from the United States and become a sovereign nation. Igor Panarin – a Russian professor and former KGB analyst – predicted the United States will fail by 2010 and become six sovereign states. Norris cites growing violence along the Texas/Mexico border and the continual flow of illegal immigrants across the Rio Grande into the United States as the reason the Lone Star Read Entire Article
