The OP-NAT Eye has learned that the trial for Southwest City, Missouri police thug Brian Massa is now set for Monday, November 28. The trial setting apparently has been moved, and will take place at the Barry County Court in neighboring Cassville, MO.

Massa faces only an involuntary manslaughter charge after shooting Mr. Bobby Stacy, 26, in the head, following an alleged car chase involving a stolen vehicle on March 28, 2010. The Missouri Highway Patrol, which led the initial investigation, has said the story Massa has told does not match the evidence. Mr. Stacy’s mother, Claudia Moss, suggested that Massa may have been shooting at her son while he was “fleeing,” and thus was simply trying to preserve his life. Massa’s attorney, Duane Cooper, said that Massa had  “an absolute privilege” to shoot and kill Mr. Stacy because he’s a cop.

Involuntary manslaughter is a Class C felony in Missouri, which carries a maximum sentence of 7 years in prison and a $5000 fine.

Ms. Moss needs to realize, just like the cock-sucking scum of the society with a rap sheet as long as my dick piece of shit that posts this godddamn blog, that “Mr Stacey”…AKA (better know as, if ya ask me) shitbag was in thecommission of several felonies…he was criminal and did wrong and for that lost his life. He should never have stole the car, ran from the police and hit the cop car if he wanted to live. Period. End of goddamn story.
