Seattle Cop Timothy Brenton: Collateral Damage

by Brian A. Wilkins

State-run media embarrasses itself every time something like this happens. CNN and other “major mainstream media” ignores each and every story of American citizens being gunned down, Tasered, raped, and/or assaulted daily by gangsters in badges. But when one of their heroes, such as Seattle cop Timothy Brenton, are gunned down by fed-up Americans who are not part of the elite class which police across the country protect – but instead terrorize – it is front-page, weeks-long news.

Wilkins v. Donahoe: Petition for Special Action in the Arizona Court of Appeals

by Brian A. Wilkins

Those of you who have been following this persecution since the beginning, you know I filed a Petition for Post-Conviction Relief in the Maricopa County Superior Court. That petition, by law and by procedural guidelines, had to be decided by Maricopa County Judge Gary Donahoe and/or Teresa Sanders by September 1, 2009. Of course, in the tradition of Maricopa County court backwoods behavior, the petition was simply ignored.

Because Donahoe has violated Arizona statutes, and jurisdiction by the higher court can be accepted because of this violation of law(and other reasons), I filed a Petition Read Entire Article

Fox News House Negroes Obey Master; Bash President Obama, Henry Louis Gates

by Brian A. Wilkins

Juan WilliamsJesse Lee Peterson
House Negroes Juan Williams (L) and Jesse Lee Peterson (R).

First and foremost, being a “black Republican” or “black conservative” (whatever the hell that means) does not make you a bonafide house negro, pathetic shame of a person. Colin Powell, J.C. Watts, Michael Steele (to a certain extent), and Amy Holmes are all people I respect not only as brothas and sistas, but as Americans who, frankly, I have much in common with idealistically.

However, when you listen to Fox News House Negro Supreme, Juan Williams, give his take on what transpired with Harvard’s Henry Read Entire Article

Pottawattamie County vs. McGhee: Most Important SCOTUS Decision In Decades

by Brian A. Wilkins

Mr. Terry Harrington (pictured), along with Mr.
Curtis McGhee spent 25 years in prison for a
murder they did not commit. (AP Photo)

Maricopa County (Phoenix, AZ) prosecutors Lynn Krabbe and Heather Wicht: pay close attention. Both of you, along with many of your prosecutor cohorts, might want to start praying that U.S. Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Antonin Scalia, and Chief Justice John Roberts can convince Justice Anthony Kennedy to “feel conservative” the day they decide Pottawattamie County v. McGhee, likely later this year. Though its pathetic, unconstitutional, and sad we, as American citizens, have to rely on … Read Entire Article

Bruce Jacobs Leaves KFYI

by Brian A. Wilkins

The man I still refer to as “my favorite Republican,” now former Newstalk 550 KFYI morning show host Bruce Jacobs has left his post at the station.

Bruce Jacobs

As most of you know, I was employed at Clear Channel Radio in Phoenix for about seven months in 2007. While I was attending Arizona State University, I got an internship there and was subsequently hired on as a reporter and blogger for Xtra Sports 910. I would have never been hired, however, if it weren’t for Bruce. He is the one who gave an unexpected … Read Entire Article

Fox News’ Glenn Beck Embarrasses, Discredits Himself Twice In 24 Hours

by Brian A. Wilkins

My question to Glenn Beck is this: why even bother going on ABC’s “The View” if you “knew it was coming” yet still had no intelligent responses to any of the questions and accusations? It’s better you just watch it yourself.

But then later that day, Beck, back in the friendly confines of Fox
News, had plenty to say once he could talk behind the backs of Whoopi
Goldberg, Barbara Walters, et al. Beck actually skipped his own show
that night, claiming he had “24 hour swine flu” but had plenty to say
in a … Read Entire Article

Day 46: Emory Boards, Another Poker Table Fight, and The Countdown To Freedom

by Brian A. Wilkins

This day corresponds with Friday, September 5, 2008. Click here for the complete “55 Days In Maricopa County Jail.” As of today (May 16), I still do not know whether or not a federal judge will hear my habeas corpus petition. Again, I don’t stay at Holiday Inn Expresses and I’m not a lawyer. I screwed up by amending the petition a first time (which is legally ok), but accidentally removed the Arizona Attorney General as an “additional respondent,” which is required as a respondent according to Local Rules of Civil Procedure. I amended the

VIDEO: 3 Pittsburgh Cops Killed by Richard Poplawski

UPDATED 4/5/2009 9:12 a.m. PST
I doubt this matter to Euro-American media either, as this story is already yesterday’s news. The hip-hop influence on impressionable “blacks,” and the Fox News/Limbaugh influence on impressionable “white.” Which is worse? I’d say the latter, as they own and dominate media. Operation Nation predicts no large nationwide funeral for the Pittsburgh cops killed, as there was in Oakland, and no Wikipedia page will be created about Poplawski either. And if there is, he will be made out to be a “troubled young man” and that Read Entire Article

Peoria, Illinois Police Thugs Arrested, Charged With Brutality

by Brian A. Wilkins

Peoria, IL police thugs Andrew Smith (L)
and Gerald Suelter (R) face multiple charges.

Bryce Scott, the victim, was outside of his girlfriend’s house on May 3, 2008. His girlfriend’s mother called police because Scott was “outside her home,” according to the civil lawsuit filed by Mr. Scott, 34, in Peoria County Circuit Court on January 13. Mr. Scott led the police on a brief chase, before stopping and surrendering. The video, caught on the cops’ dash cam, tells the story from here:

Chuck Norris, Russian Professor, Have Similar Ideas About U.S. Collapse

by Brian A. Wilkins

Chuck Norris – the former “Walker, Texas Ranger” and 80s action film star – said the state of Texas will soon secede from the United States and become a sovereign nation. Igor Panarin – a former KGB analyst and Russian professor – predicted the United States will fail by 2010 and become six sovereign states. Norris cites growing violence along the Texas/Mexico border and the continual flow of illegal immigrants across the Rio Grande into the United States as the reason the Lone Star State will secede. Panarin says illegal immigration, along with the Read Entire Article
